Pam Ring, Receptionist – Master of First Impressions
Pam is the heart and soul of Dr. Conrad’s Cosmetic practice. Pam has welcomed thousands of patients over the 15 years she has worked for Dr. Conrad. You will feel comfortable and well informed when greeted by Pam either over the phone or in person. She is knowledgeable about our procedures, pricing, requirements for surgery, financing, or directions to our office. Kristin Conrad, RN, BSN – Certified Registered Nurse Injector
Since beginning her career as an RN Injector in 2003, Kristin has gained extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and product options to meet each individual patient’s treatment goal. She’s certified as an Advanced RN Injector by The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
In 2016, Kristin became an Injection Trainer for Galderma Aesthetics and their portfolio of injectable products.

Jennifer Franz-Naipohn, RN, BSN – Certified Registered Nurse Injector
Jennifer has worked in Plastic Surgical Nursing since 2009 and is certified as an Advanced RN Injector by The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Her mission is to create a beautiful, natural result while educating patients about their treatment options and goals. She is proficient with BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, the JUVÉDERM® and Restylane® collections of fillers, Sculptra® Aesthetic, BellaFill®, and Kybella®. She is also certified for aesthetic laser treatments, PCAskin® chemical peels, SkinPen® microneedling, and CoolSculpting®.
Holly Ebersole, RN, BSN
Holly has worked as a Plastic Surgery Aesthetic Nurse since 2019. She previously worked for a Facial Plastic Surgeon where she performed and assisted with both non-surgical and surgical facial procedures. In our practice she’s a versatile team player: you may meet her during your surgical consultations, surgery or recovery, or aesthetic appointments where she’s offering BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, the JUVÉDERM® and Restylane® collections of fillers, SkinPen microneedling, Secret RF/microneedling, and chemical peels. Holly is also passionate about skincare and a great resource to help you find the perfect regimen for your specific skin needs.
Brekke Simmons, RN, BSN – Surgical Center Director, Certified Registered Nurse Injector
Brekke has been in surgical and aesthetic nursing since 2007, gaining valuable experience to walk you through your surgical and post-surgical experience. She’ll meet with you at your post-op appointments and be available by phone for recovery questions. Her positive energy will have you feeling better right away. Brekke is also a certified RN Injector, skilled in BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Sculptra® Aesthetic, and the Restylane® and JUVÉDERM® collection of fillers.
Vicki Shields – Billing & Insurance Specialist
Vicki began her medical insurance career in the ’90s and has a wealth of knowledge in claims, coding, and billing for all insurance types. She’s happy to help you navigate the medical insurance and billing portion of your surgery so you can focus on your health and recovery.
Wendy Houck – Patient Care Coordinator
Wendy brings over 20 years of medical office management experience to Dr. Conrad’s team. As Dr. Conrad’s Patient Care Coordinator, Wendy enjoys visiting with our patients about their cosmetic or reconstructive surgery and being part of their journey by guiding them through the initial consultation to surgery and beyond. Our patients love her big smile and friendly manner.
